​Drogheda loses none of its attractiveness as a commuter town. Local realtors say hybrid working has increased demand for housing in the area over the past two years, particularly among homebuyers looking for something more affordable.

New phases have just started on two developments in Drogheda. Newtown Wood is in its third phase, with the first having started back in Summer 2021.

When completed, the Termonfeckin Road project will consist of a total of 217 units.
