Dua Lipa has turned to Russell Brand for help navigating the fame.
The 26-year-old singer connected to the comic when he offered her support while she struggled with online trolls and has since put her in touch with therapists to help her navigate the music industry.
“I was interested in starting therapy and he came through with a recommendation,” Dua explains. “I went through an intense period.”
The singer arrived in Las Vegas on Saturday to present an award at last night’s Grammy Awards and partied in casinos while Warner Music threw a party with Bruno Mars.
Dua says the past year – during which she split from boyfriend Anwar Hadid – has been particularly challenging.

“Life is a process,” she says. “I thought I figured it out, but then things start to slip.
“It’s been a massive year for growth. I’ve started to understand myself differently. I have confidence that I didn’t have before.
“I’m not the same person that I was.”
Therapy has made Dua “feel more in control,” Dua says. “You have to juggle a lot,” she adds.
Speaking on her At Your Service podcast, Dua says social media trolls have had a “deeply” impact on her, admitting, “I stopped thinking about myself.”
