Dublin-based lessor AMCK has “fraudulently dumped” its assets during a $4 billion takeover, the US airline claims

US carrier Frontier Airlines has claimed it is losing assets of Dublin-based aircraft rental company AMCK in a $4bn takeover of the company in a $53m lawsuit filed in 2020 by the in Colorado-based airline against them.

Rontier, which leased 15 jets from AMCK, sued the Ireland-based lessor in April in connection with the AMCK acquisition.
