EA announced an early 2023 “window to” for the next-gen remake of its survival horror hit. Dead space on Friday. Notice made as part of developer live stream focus mostly on the sound of the game.

EA announced the remake for the first time in july, but at the time, did not say when it might be released. However, it did share that the game will be “rebuilt from the ground up” and developed by Motive, who may be best known for his development work. Star Wars: The Squad. Motive shared some more details during a live stream last yearincluding that actor Gunner Wright will return to voice main character Isaac Clarke (although Clarke was the silent protagonist in the original game) and there will be no microtransactions.
