EastEnders actress Bex Fowler looks far from character with new red hairstyle

EastEnders star Jasmine Armfield looked different as she revealed her stunning new hairstyle.

The 23-year-old actress, who plays Bex Fowler in the series, usually wears her dark brown hair straight but recently decided to change it up.

Jasmine took to her Instagram page to share a stunning selfie, beaming for the camera as she showed off her new hair.

Her padlock is now several inches longer and has a beautiful ginger color. The soap star also now wears layers and bangs that match the shape of her face.

In the selfie, Jas wears an emerald green shirt that adds to her new look.

She also wears pink lipstick and no makeup, helping her look ready for the summer sun.

Jasmine is known for her role as Bex and is the fourth actress to take on the character in EastEnders.

She made her debut in January 2014 and stayed to play Bex until leaving in 2020.

Her character went through a troubled teenage life and was involved in one of the movie’s biggest stories of 2019 as she attempted to take her own life.

Her other storylines include her romance with Shakil Kazemi (Shaheen Jafargholi), being bullied, losing her virginity and dealing with the pain of losing Shakil after he was murdered.

When she confirmed her departure from the show, she said Sun : I had a great time playing Bex Fowler and love being a part of EastEnders but now feels like the right time to try something new.

“I made lifelong friends while working on the show and will miss them all.”

Jon Sen, soap production manager, added: “It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jasmine.

“She brought something very special to the role of Bex and we will all miss her – both as a friend and co-worker.

“We wish her the best of luck for the future.”

In 2017, she was nominated for Best Soap Actress at the TV Choice Awards for her role as Bex.

Since her departure, she appeared in Doctors for an episode as a girl named Layla Roberts.
