EastEnders fans were left devastated for Gray Atkins’ kids – after they discovered the extent of their father’s crimes.
Mack and Mia were there when Gray arrived at Karen’s house and tried to get her to help him escape, but while he called them over to be with him, the kids stayed with Karen and he ran into the night – before being caught by the police. .
On tonight’s show, Mack and Mia go back to school and Mitch is adamant that the family must tell the kids what happened to their mother Chantelle Atkins, before they are told the truth elsewhere.
Struggling, Karen tries to tell them how Gray killed Chantelle – but she can’t get over it.

Mitch tries to take it in – but is also speechless when Keegan decides he should be the one to tell them what happened.
“Your dad was a bad man, and your dad hurt a lot of people. And some of the people your dad hurt, they can’t go back. I’m sorry you have to hear this, I do. really,” he said through tears.

He himself was moved to tears as he admitted to letting his sister down because of what Gray had done to their family.
