The pair – played by Danny Dyer and Charlie Brooks – have become close for weeks, with estranged wife Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) increasingly out of his mind as he tries to move on.
And now, following Linda’s behavior at Tina’s funeral, Mick seems certain of where his future is – before he leaves BBC One later this year in what he has teased is a plot “giant” story.
