EastEnders: Zack tells Shirley the details of Tina’s death

EastEnders has revealed some more details about Tina Carter’s death – when Gray Atkins finally spoke to police.

The serial killer – the one who murdered Tina and hid her body under Arjee Barjee – was caught by the police during last week’s big showdown, and he’s finally started to reveal everything to the police.

Tina’s mother Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) and Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) have struggled to deal with what happened, and now the pair are finally told about Tina’s final moments.

Frustrated by the lack of information from the police, Zack tries to get some inside information.

“Yesterday, he finally spoke. Tina was dead when she hit the ground. He said she confronted him about Chantelle,” Zack said as he sat with Mick and Shirley and told them the what the police have discovered so far.

Shirley then replied: “Whitney said she asked the question.”

“There was a fight, she tried to run away and he strangled her. He wrapped her in a shower curtain, put her in the trunk. They were still looking for the car, but he said that it was stolen,” Zack explained. when Shirley and Mick struggled.

Mick admitted his regret for what had happened.

In tears, he said: “I was there, I was there that night. I saw him. He went out on his own, he told me she had left. The old bill wanted to go in his swagger, wanted to see if she was there, but he said he had to go somewhere.

“He said he had to go get something for the kids. But she was there, wasn’t she? She was in the engine.”

Emotionally, Shirley struggled to deal with the thought of Tina being there the whole time.

“I can’t stop thinking about her lying on that cold ground, wondering if she’s still alive. It’s fast isn’t it?” she speaks.

Tina (Luisa Bradshaw-White) was killed by Gray two years ago, after he discovered she knew about Chantelle Atkins’ death. He killed his wife Chantelle by pushing her onto a knife that popped out of the dishwasher.

Gray also abused his wife Chantelle, with whom he had two children.
