Musical sensation Ed Sheeran was spotted socializing in Dublin on Easter Monday ahead of his numerous performances in Dublin this week.
The Bad Habits singer posed for photos at Fitzgerald’s Pub in Sandycove on Monday night before playing his first Irish gig of his tour at Whelan’s on Tuesday night.
Sheeran will then play Vicar Street on Wednesday before two stadium concerts at Croke Park on Saturday and Sunday, April 23 and 24.
The Irish swing of Ed’s tour will then move to Cork next week for two gigs at Páirc Uí Chaoimh before playing two more gigs at Thomond Park, Limerick on May 5th and 6th.
The ultra-popular singer-songwriter then makes his way across the border for two gigs at Boucher Playing Fields, Belfast.
Up to 160,000 people are expected to descend on Croker this weekend to be serenaded by the swooning Sheeran, and concert promoters have organized for additional portaloos along the main routes to the stadium.
A recent letter to local residents said the number of portable toilets had increased by 50 percent since the last concerts at the stadium in 2019.

Sheeran recently made headlines following a High Court case in which he defended his work against allegations of plagiarism. The judge ruled in Sheeran’s favour, but the singer told the BBC’s Newsnight the case had put him under “extraordinary stress”.
Sheeran said he now videotapes all of his songwriting sessions to protect himself from future claims of copyright infringement or plagiarism.
