And former UFC champion Henry Cejudo believes Hearn should step into the ring to back up his criticism of Paul’s short boxing career. “Although [Eddie Hearn’s] Right, he never laced the gloves and that bothers me a bit,” Cejudo said during the latest issue of The Triple C and Schmo Show. “Because I think he should, I think if he has that much to say, okay then fight. Well, why don’t you?

“If Jake-Paul isn’t so good, why don’t you lace up your gloves? Since you’ve been in the game for so long. You know the best of the best. Why don’t you lace up the gloves and why don’t you fight Jake Paul? And I think that fight itself would be a mega banger.”

Hearn and Paul were watch the historic battle together in the picture at the ring and shook hands after Taylor was awarded a split-decision win over Serrano. The pair also pledged a million dollars on the fight at a press conference earlier in the week, but Paul has to do it now knock out an opponent of Hearn’s choice at a newly agreed price after the defeat.

The Matchroom Boxing Kingpin orchestrated Paul’s pro debut for the first time in his career against AnEson Gib. Since then, Paul has won another four professional fights against former UFC stars Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren.
