Elden Ring’s upcoming anniversary “live show” will include “giveaways, competitions, cosplay and PvP.”
Elden Ring publisher Bandai Namco has announced plans to host an “event” to mark the first anniversary of the critically acclaimed game.
Bandai Namco invited fans to save the date of an anniversary event to be held on February 25 in Stockholm, Sweden. Fans who can’t attend in person can participate via a live stream on Twitch.
The “live show” will host “giveaways, competitions, exclusive prizes, pub quizzes, drinks, cosplay and PvP.” And while there’s no formal word on the highly-anticipated DLC, I doubt it’ll surprise you to hear fans are desperately hoping that might be the case when From Software finally releases more information. Watch this room I guess.
“Welcome to our one year anniversary celebration of Elden Ring in Stockholm,” Bandai tweeted. “On February 25th we invite you all to celebrate with us at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere in Stockholm. The event will also be streamed live on Twitch. More information will follow (very) soon!”

Elden Ring saw a surge in sales in late 2022 thanks to its success at The Game Awards. Software’s parent company, Kadokawa, released its third-quarter results earlier this week, with “world blockbuster” Elden Ring posting a 206.4 percent increase in gaming net sales.
“Partly as a result of winning Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2022, an overseas games awards event held in December, unit sales increased again. This again confirms the long-lasting popularity of the game,” the report said.
