Emmerdale fan groans soap has ‘completely disappeared Hollyoaks’ after glimpse

By the end of Friday’s episode, Emmerdale viewers were given a sneak peek of what’s to come on ITV in the coming days as the dramatic flash week begins.

Emmerdale’s forward glimpse leaves fans confused

Emmerdale viewers were left feeling pretty flustered Friday night after they got a glimpse of the fast-forward week.

ITV has been teasing for some time that the week starting May 9 will be dramatic and even hinted that someone might die.

At the end of Friday’s episode, flash-forward scenes begin as soap fans get a taste of what’s to come.

Just as Cain Dingle was saying something threatening to a mysterious person who could be Al Chapman, his mother Faith is said to have received an emergency phone call.






Emmerdale viewers were left feeling pretty flustered on Friday night after they got a glimpse of the fast-forward week.

In the forward shot, Faith is heard saying, “You don’t just get up and tell me what to do because I won’t, I can’t do it. Leave me alone.” but fans don’t know who she’s talking to.

Another glimpse of Gabby Thomas looking panicked as she yelled, “If you’re here, Jamie, I’m not scared!” mention Jamie Tate.

Future scenes were accompanied by some very impressive music, but some viewers watching at home were not so impressed and took to Twitter to comment.

“What the hell is it all about #Emmerdale,” one viewer asked.

Another tweeted: “Okay, what happened to the impressive music and everything there? #Emmerdale.”

A third viewer posted: “Watched all of Hollyoaks #Emmerdale,” while another said: “God, this is embarrassing #emmerdale.”

Another added: “After the preview later tonight, next week better be spectacular and don’t let #Emmerdale down.”






Cain Dingle to appear in dramatic foreshadowing on Emmerdale

Another joked: “What’s with the ITV 9pm drama going on here? #Emmerdale.”

But other viewers are really excited about next week’s episode, with one person writing: “Love these future glimpses, good angle #emmerdale.”

Another tweeted: “I’m so excited for the fast-forward scenes next week #Emmerdale.”

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
