Emmerdale fans are baffled by Dawn Taylor’s mistake – when she betrayed Alex in a big twist.

Dawn is given an ultimatum by her ex Alex after she wants her new husband Billy Fletcher to adopt her and Alex’s son Lucas. He tells her that she needs to sell his drugs and raise some cash for him, before he agrees to let Billy take over Lucas as his own.

However, she secretly documents Alex’s plan to get her to sell drugs, and in a big twist, she catches him – but not before she worries about Billy and his father Will Taylor being caught.

They quickly ran to the police station, worried about what had happened to Dawn – but she was released.

“Listen, I couldn’t tell you at the time. I recorded the whole thing. Apparently it wasn’t a coincidence that the police came and arrested him. Look, Alex gave me a chance to call him. electricity and I made it,” she said as she approached Billy and Will.

When Harriet said she was glad she was able to help, Dawn admitted the decision was difficult.
