Emmerdale fans criticized Billy Fletcher for not shooting Meena Jutla when he had the chance.

The evil serial killer – played by Paige Sandhu – kidnapped Billy Fletcher and Dawn Taylor on their wedding day and took them to a quiet viaduct, where she threatened to play a death game with surname.

Asking Billy to choose who she should kill – himself or his new bride – the trio is interrupted when Leyla Cavanagh finds them and Meena quickly rejects her, shoot her and leave her life hanging in the balance.

But now fans have criticized Billy for making a huge mistake and not getting out of Billy’s world when she got the chance.

Meena kidnapped Lucas, after catching him from Harriet, whom she apparently gave him a bruise on the head.

In scenes that aired at the end of last night’s episode, Harriet is seen lying on the floor in a pool of blood, without Lucas – and still missing, much to Dawn and Billy’s panic.

The fans have arrived Twitter to criticize Billy for not killing Meena, especially now that he knows the full extent of her crimes.

“Billy, you swindler! You have a gun! At least you could have knelt on her knees! # emmerdale“, one person wrote.

The second added: “Billy could have shot Meena! But he threw the gun!! Now she’s gone #emmerdale”, with a third sharing: “Move smart, Billy. Throw it gun away instead of taking Meena out. #Emmerdale.”

ITV viewers believe that Billy made a big mistake by not killing Meena when given the chance and now she has escaped.

She killed four people – her friends Nadine, Leanna Cavanagh, Andrea Tate and Ben Tucker – and attempted to murder Victoria Sugden, her sister Manpreet Sharma and Vinny Dingle.

Early this morning, Paige teases that it’s “the beginning of the end” for Meena, as she said: “The lives of two peoples are always in balance, I’m sorry to say. And I would say this is the beginning of the end for Meena but there is much more to it!”

“She’s crazy, she’s wild, she’s intense, she’s charismatic. I feel like I have the freedom to do whatever I want in a shot. These scenes are some of my favorites. mine,” she added of the viaduct scenes.
