Emmerdale: Doctor Liam arrested for plotting to kill Meena

Emmerdale Fans are going wild after Dr Liam Cavanagh was arrested for plotting to kill Meena Jutla.

In last night’s episode, Angry GP pushed Meena off the bridge – the same place where she killed his daughter Leanna Cavanagh – after she hunted him down and taunted him over his daughter’s death.

But now he faces a potential murder charge as he is taken to the police station for questioning after Meena gives her a version of the events following the confrontation on the bridge. .

Fans were furious when Liam was arrested by the police, who believed Meena’s description of what happened.

Liam is visited by police in Leyla’s wife’s hospital room as he looks after her after she was shot in the body by Meena.

During their confrontation yesterday, Meena taunted Liam about Leanna’s death as he raised his pitchfork at her.

“You know,” she began, “It’s funny. I was so judgmental about how stupid people are when I chase them. Now look at me! It’s like Andrea running right into a maze. Even so, Leanna is the dumbest, no offense.”

Liam cried as Meena continued to tell him exactly what happened when she murdered Leanna. Obviously heartbroken, Liam tells Meena that Leanna isn’t as stupid as she’d suggested.

“She just didn’t know someone could be this evil,” Liam said as he lunged toward her.

He seemed to have changed his mind as he threw the pitchfork over the bridge and headed towards his car to go and help his wife Leyla, but after one last taunt from Meena, he lunged towards her and push her over the bridge. .
