The Emmerdale resident is set to have a heart attack next week on ITV channel as Marlon Dingle is about to suffer a major stroke in harrowing footage.
The long-time resident of the Yorkshire village – played by Mark Charnock – will suffer a gruesome health battle next week, while Dr Liam Cavanagh will be devastated after Manpreet Sharma makes a game-changing decision in the Meena Jutla lawsuit.
The murderous nurse played by Paige Sandhu was arrested after returning to Dales to disrupt Dawn Taylor and Billy Fletcher’s wedding, and has since been charged with murder and thrown behind bars.
This comes after this week, Meena came forward to plead guilty and stunned the villagers with the first of many of her crimes.
Her abrupt change confuses everyone and it’s certain that there’s more to it, so how is she going to beg for the rest of the fees?

Serial killer Meena was expected to have a court date, but the prosecution and her victim’s family were dealt a brutal blow when Manpreet admitted she did not want to testify in court.
Dr Liam Cavanagh will be reeling from the decision, following the death of his daughter Leanna Cavanagh at the hands of Meena during a grieving scene last year.
He has vowed to get justice by any means possible, but without Manpreet’s proof, will families get the justice they deserve?

Horrified when Marlon Dingle suffered a life-threatening stroke
Emmerdale’s Marlon Dingle will face terror next week when he suffers a stroke and is rushed to hospital.
Actor Mark Charnock has revealed all about his character’s health battle on ITV, saying it will be a long time before he returns to being himself.
He was found collapsed by his young daughter April, before he was rushed over for emergency surgery.
But the character faces a “long journey” ahead with his recovery, and will rely on those around him for support.
Mark has revealed what lies ahead for Marlon in the days and weeks after his stroke, and the big changes to the character and his family’s lives.
He told us: “He had surgery to remove the tumor and they pulled the clot out and that’s really just the beginning of the story. For the first time, it helps his face. sagging, but he still has a very long way to go in terms of learning how to speak and all that again.
“It’s all on his right side and so his arms, legs and mouth are all pretty badly affected, so he’s had a hard time. He’s been through the ball.
“He had a period where it affected his speech and was able to present himself properly.”
Bosses at the ITV soap hope to raise awareness of the warning signs before a stroke, and the plot will focus on how both Marlon and his closest and loved ones deal with what happened.

Emmerdale’s producer Laura Shaw spoke about the importance of the new storyline, saying, “The warm, witty and kind Marlon is undoubtedly one of Emmerdale’s most beloved characters and with its skill Mark Charnock’s amazing skill, technique, and range, that’s absolutely true when it comes to playing a critically important story like this.
“[Through this storyline]Marlon emphasizes that a stroke can happen at any time and shows the dire consequences it can have on the affected person and their entire family. “
She added: “As the story unfolds, we follow the tragic and heartbreaking long-term consequences it has for Marlon and his friends and family and how their love for each other radiates. How bright it all comes together at this most difficult time.”
The team at Emmerdale worked with the Stroke Association on the upcoming scenes.
The Dingle family gathers after Marlon
Elsewhere on the soap after Marlon suffered a stroke, Charity visited Sam and Lydia, who encouraged her to make amends with Chas before she regretted it.

Lydia gives Cha a tough love, challenging her to become the bigger man in her feud with Charity.
Hearing Lydia’s words, Chas joins her family in Woolpack and Chas and Charity returns to the old rhythm behind the bar.
Life at The Woolpack struggles to go on without Marlon and a heart from the heart causes Charity to beg Chas to move house, back to the pub but will she?
