Emmerdale: David plans a romantic night for Victoria

Emmerdale fans savagely dug David and Victoria Sugden over his marriage proposal.

David and Victoria – played by Matthew Wolfenden and Isabel Hodgins – became close a few months ago when he was still dating the evil serial killer Meena Jutla, who was sent to prison for his crimes.

The couple bonded as single parents and they kissed several times, before deciding it would be best for David to separate from Meena and pursue a relationship with Victoria.

This was the cause of all the horrors of the bridge collapse when Meena tried to drown Victoria.

Victoria survived, but Andrea Tate was killed after witnessing what happened, and footage of Meena attempting to kill Victoria was found by Ben Tucker, who was also murdered by Meena.

After all that happened, David and Victoria were away together for a while, and when they returned to the village, they thought about leaving again because they wanted some time to themselves.

In the end, the duo decided to stay and with the commitment to the village, David now wants to make a long-term commitment to his girlfriend and propose to her.

But as preparations for his proposal got underway, fans of the ITV soap wrote some barbaric comments about the pair.

“Lol David is bored with his new wallet #Emmerdale,” wrote one fan who was following the soap, while another added: “Let’s say it’s time for David to move on to have his next girlfriend #Emmerdale. ”

“Lord David and Victoria have been together for 8 months and he wishes ‘the good old days are back'” #Emmerdale“, a third wrote.

The fourth added: “David and Victoria are boring #emmerdale“with the fifth spelling:” David stabbed me in the head and they would never do the same to him #Emmerdale. “Friday said:” David is not wrong, he and Victoria are idiots #emmerdale. ”

There were also some hilarious comments from fans calling them the “Poundland Beckhams”.
