Emmerdale’s Gabby Thomas will believe Jamie Tate is back in the village and may have put their young son Thomas on ITV next week
Emmerdale’s Gabby Thomas will panic next week on ITV, as she fears her son has been kidnapped by his father Jamie Tate.
Until a few weeks ago, Gabby believed Jamie was dead after he faked his own death in September.
Fans learned a month later that he was secretly alive and hiding at the house of his mother-in-law Hazel, with daughter Millie.
While christening baby Thomas, Gabby overheard Millie telling her younger brother that their dad was still alive and he was coming back for him.
Gabby is now believed Jamie is still alive after finding his watch at Hazel’s house, while he appears to have done a run.
Revealers for next week have revealed her panic is growing, especially as she cannot find any sign of baby Thomas next week at home, after taking care of Amelia boy.
When she returns home, she cannot find her son and secretly panics that Jamie has taken him.
Viewers will have to stay tuned next week to find out what’s really going on, but Gabby isn’t the only one in doubt.
Dawn, Jamie’s ex, also finds out that Jamie is likely alive, but she and Gabby agree to keep it a secret.
Next week, she will try to reassure the young mother that Jamie is not coming back now, and that Thomas is fine.
But she’s secretly wondering if Jamie could come back and what he might have – and she soon learns some news.
Don’t know what this is but it looks like it has something to do with Jamie and Gabby’s TV series, only she decided not to tell anyone.
Later this year, Gabby’s panic will continue as she believes she needs to protect her baby.
Soap producer Laura Shaw told The Mirror and other press: “We’re going to see Gabby pushed to the limit at Home Farm. We know that Jamie Tate is still alive, so is he back for Thomas? are not?”
“If so, how long will Gabby go to protect her son and prevent him from being taken from her?”
Poking further on this, she added: “There are actually some lovely scenes that explore motherhood in these episodes – not just with Gabby but with Faith as well with its big, huge, and shocking secret her shock.”
The scenes will be aired as part of a fast-paced week on ITV, which is expected to air very soon.
