Emmerdale star Paige Sandhu has been tipped to appear on BBC serious TV after leaving ITV and her role as Meena Jutla in the dramatic fashion drama.

Paige is now the bookie’s favorite to join the BBC’s infamous ballroom and contest the coveted Glitterball trophy.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told Daily Star : “Looks like Paige Sandhu’s next move will take her to the dance floor with the Serious leaders now leading the way to her signature.”
If Paige joins the lineup of celebrities on this year’s Serious to Dancing show, she’ll join the growing list of Emmerdale alumni who have enjoyed success on the show.

Meena cried as she was dragged away by a prison officer and taken to her cell, as she begged her sister Manpreet Sharma to help her.
Her final scenes see her sobbing in her bed, begging those in prison not to forgive her.
This Morning soap expert Sharon Marshall confirmed that Monday’s scenes were the long-awaited “end of Meena” with no hope of a Shawshank-style runner.
“There won’t be a prison break or anything,” she said. It is over.”
She then added, “The script said ‘Ding, dong, the witch is gone’. She was locked up for 75 years and had no chance to get out.”
