Emmerdale: Paige Sandhu delivers goodbye message

Emmerdale star Paige Sandhu has been tipped to appear on BBC serious TV after leaving ITV and her role as Meena Jutla in the dramatic fashion drama.

The 25-year-old soap star left Dales in chaotic courtroom scenes that aired earlier this week and saw her murderous nurse character sentenced to 75 years in prison.

Paige is now the bookie’s favorite to join the BBC’s infamous ballroom and contest the coveted Glitterball trophy.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told Daily Star : “Looks like Paige Sandhu’s next move will take her to the dance floor with the Serious leaders now leading the way to her signature.”

If Paige joins the lineup of celebrities on this year’s Serious to Dancing show, she’ll join the growing list of Emmerdale alumni who have enjoyed success on the show.

Before Kevin’s shoot on the dance floor, Mandy Dingle actress Lisa Riley finished fifth in 2012 with partner Robin Windsor.

Last year’s contest was won by EastEnders star Rose Ayling-Ellis, who is best known for playing Frankie Lewis, and her professional partner Giovanni Pernice.

Emmerdale aired the moment viewers have been waiting for Monday night, when the murderous nurse was sentenced to life in prison.

Meena’s final scenes see her cry as she finally faces punishment for three of the murders she committed, giving justice to Ben Tucker, Leanna Cavanagh and Andrea Tate.

The judge sentenced her to a total of at least 75 years and Meena was told that she would never be allowed out.

Surprised that she won’t be able to escape her crimes as each verdict is revealed, she suddenly looks scared as she realizes that there is no way out, and everyone has seen through her actions. she.

Meena cried as she was dragged away by a prison officer and taken to her cell, as she begged her sister Manpreet Sharma to help her.

Her final scenes see her sobbing in her bed, begging those in prison not to forgive her.

This Morning soap expert Sharon Marshall confirmed that Monday’s scenes were the long-awaited “end of Meena” with no hope of a Shawshank-style runner.

“There won’t be a prison break or anything,” she said. It is over.”

She then added, “The script said ‘Ding, dong, the witch is gone’. She was locked up for 75 years and had no chance to get out.”
