Emmerdale’s The Woolpack’s new look revealed in images with a ‘vivid’ design

The Emmerdale stars have detailed a new look for The Woolpack pub, months after it was destroyed on the ITV soap in an explosion

Emmerdale fans will soon see a very different The Woolpack pub on ITV, when its major transformation is announced.
The landmark was destroyed in a terrifying explosion caused by Al Chapman in December, before owners Marlon Dingle and Chas Dingle lost the beloved site.
They were forced to sell it at auction because their failed financial situation only worsened when, after the fire, they were unable to receive the insurance money.
Their only hope is Al’s deal with Gavin, but that also fails when Cain Dingle’s fight with Al gets in the way.
Marlon and Chas can’t afford the pub remodel or are heavily in debt, and have no choice but to put the place up for auction and hope they get their money back.

In a twist, Chas’s former owner and cousin, Charity Dingle, bought the pub for a mysterious bid.
She revealed herself as the new owner along with her son Ryan Stocks, who also joined and helped acquire the place.
Fans have seen Charity, partner Mack and Ryan discuss changes to the pub and plans for its future – wanting to modernize it.

Now, speaking to The Mirror, actresses Emma Atkins and Lucy Pargeter have revealed all about the major revamp – as new spoiler images tease the pub’s brand new look.
While the venue will still have the same old The Woolpack feel, it’s said to be very different in design – but better.
With a new design and new charm, the stars revealed that they believe viewers will love the make-up just as much as they do.

Talk about big changes. Emma teased: “They went to remodel the whole thing.
“They’ve kept the same shape, dynamics and style as before, but I have to say it looks incredible, it’s beautiful.
“Velvet seat with vibrant design and very cozy. The color scheme is quite autumnal, I think it will be great.”
Lucy added: “Really cozy. It looks a lot warmer.”
Emma also confessed that she was “devastated” when she initially found out her character Charity was going to lose the pub last year, before getting it back recently.

She confessed about the plot change: “I was really devastated when I received the script that said my character was leaving The Woolpack.
“I was like how can I not work with Lucy anymore? This is absolutely outrageous!”
Chas actress Lucy concurs: “Me too, we were both devastated and I had the same thing!
“I was devastated for her and then I went, God and now I lost the woolen bag. It was terrible for her, wasn’t it, and now I lose it! But then we I had a chance to come together.”
