Euphoria: Season Two Trailer from HBO

Euphoria season two did not disappoint and the finale took place earlier this week with some pretty epic footage, involving an unexpected death.

One particular storyline, left somewhat of a spoiler, involves Fezco and his business partner Ashtray.

The following article contains the additions to Euphoria seasons one and two.

The two characters aren’t actually siblings, but viewers got a peek at their back stories at the beginning of season two.

Fezco and Ashtray are essentially a family after being introduced to the world of drug trafficking by Fezco’s grandmother at a very young age.

Unfortunately, season two doesn’t end well for Ashtray after he stabs and kills one of their associates, Custer, who is secretly working with the police.

Moments later, the police broke down the door to their apartment and conducted a shootout with Ashtray, who was surrounded by guns in the bathtub.

An injured Fezco lay in the hallway screaming at Ashtray to stop and surrender because he couldn’t bear the thought of losing his adopted brother and even attempted to rapping for Custer’s death.

Sadly, the scene ends with the cop seemingly shooting Ashtray in the head, but it doesn’t seem like he’s the one who was originally going to die.

Actor Javon Walton, who plays Ashtray, revealed the details of that particular plot were changed at the last minute.

“The ashtray didn’t get shot. That’s another story, he shouldn’t have been shot!” he said in a recent interview with Variety.

“Initially, Fez was supposed to be shot, which was crazy. And then, like the day before, they changed the plot so I got shot.”

Speaking of his shot, Javon added: “It was sad to shoot the last scene because I knew it would be my last on set, it was terrible.

“I know I will miss everyone there… It was a sad day, but also a good day. Because I knew I would make a strong last impression.”

Euphoria seasons 1 and 2 are available to watch on NOW.
