EUROSTAR has launched a sale on UK-to-Paris trips – with seats available for £35.
The rail service is taking around £10 off standard seat prices – usually around £44.50 – saving families of four almost £40 on commuting.
There are 16,000 seats available from London St Pancras to Paris Gare Du Nord and 16,000 seats for the return journey.
Seats are also discounted on journeys from London to Brussels, with 8,000 seats each way.
But you’ll have to be quick as you have less than a week left to get a cheap seat.
The Eurostar discount ends on February 8, and the deal is valid for cruises from February 21 to May 19.
Although the deal was not available on trains for half the term, Eurostar has enhanced its services between London St Pancras to Paris Gare Du Nord for the school holidays.
Additional services were added on weekdays and on weekends for a total of 56 trips a week.
There are currently seven trains daily on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, eight on Saturdays and 10 on Fridays and Sundays.
Britons who are planning to visit France need to make sure they stay up to date with the country’s Covid rules.
France has banned tourists from entering the country if they had the vaccine more than nine months ago and have not had a booster shot.
French authorities say they will treat people stabbed more than nine months ago as if they were unvaccinated.
Unvaccinated travelers must self-isolate for 10 days upon arrival in France and have the necessary reasons for entry – excluding travel reasons.
However, there has been a push for families to go abroad half the time – Britons traveling with teenagers will now be able to get Covid cards for countries that require proof of travel. vaccination.
Previously, children aged 12 to 15 who had received two doses of the injection were unable to use the NHS app – meaning they could not get a Covid-19 card to travel digitally.
But from today, teenagers will be able to download their cards through the NHS app or website.
We have rounded countries you need a booster to enter – as Grant Shapps says the third hit will be “almost certainly necessary” for summer trips.
