Not content with attacking mothers and their babies, there are now fears that he is intending to use chemical and biological weapons.
Countries like India, Pakistan and China that refuse to condemn the Kremlin’s actions now have to speak out.
As long as they remain silent about such atrocities, they will be accused of complicity in Russia’s illegal war.
The carnage will also spur Western nations to redouble their efforts to support Ukraine.
If a no-fly zone is not an option, more needs to be done to arm Ukraine and tighten economic sanctions on Putin’s regime.
