Evil Dead: Games was delayed, again.
Originally slated to release last year, the game was pushed by Boss Team Games to February 2022 for extra polish and to ensure this is the “ultimate Evil Dead experience” we’ve all been waiting for. wait.
Now, the game moved to May 13 because it sounds like the studio said they need more time to deliver the best possible experience. In other words, it must be “horrible as hell.”
The co-op and PvP multiplayer action title, which will also have a single-player option, was announced at The Game Awards in December 2020. Based on the Evil Dead franchise and its characters, the game The game pits the player against the forces of evil unleashed by the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis, with scenery and sounds inspired by the Ash vs Evil Dead movies and TV series.
In it, you will work as a team of four survivors selected from a group of characters from the series and the movie. These include Ash, Kelly Maxwell, Pablo Simon Bolivar, Scotty, Lord Arthur, Cheryl Williams, Henry the Red, and many more with the primary goal of fighting the Deadites and banishing the Kandarian Demon.
Alternatively, you can become a Demon yourself, using your possessed powers to stop survivors and devour their souls.
There will be more than 25 weapons to use, including Ash’s Gauntlet, Boomstick, and chainsaw, and you’ll be able to level up a variety of skill trees to grow even stronger to survive the night.
Coming to PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S, a new video, more news and pre-order information for the game is expected in February.
