Dianna Agron had an unbearable moment on the red carpet after photographers shouted at her for tainting their shot of Sex and the City star Sarah Jessica Parker.
In one Now viral video Pop Crave shared that the “Glee” alum was seen chatting with another guest at the New York City Ballet’s Fall Gala on Thursday when photographers suddenly started yelling at them to get out of the way so they could get snapshots of Parker could do.
“You’re blocking an important photo,” a loud voice says in the clip above many other booming voices. “Here is a very important photo right behind you, please.”
As several photographers repeatedly berate her for leaving her angle, seemingly becoming more and more annoyed by her unknowingly slow pace, the loudest voice in the group then switches to sarcasm mode and adds, “Guys, you’re out of the way. “You’re not in the way at all. You’re out of the way.”
Agron and the others finally understood the photographers’ frosty pleas and stepped aside.
But the ridiculous moment didn’t end there.
A female voice is heard trying to tell the loudest photographer in the group that the woman he’s been avoiding is “Dianne,” and makes matters worse by mispronouncing her name.
“This is Dianne,” she says in the clip, to which he asks, “Dianne who?”
“The girl from Glee,” she replied.
“I don’t know who she is,” the unknown photographer said, brushing off her teaching moment.
In one separate clipthe seemingly same photographer continues to try to refresh the other photographer’s memory of Agron by telling him that she “dated Taylor Swift.”
But once again he seemed confused and simply replied, “That’s strange.”
Agron hasn’t spoken publicly about the red carpet incident, but her fans didn’t hesitate to defend her in front of photographers after the unsavory interaction.
Back in May, Agron, 37, addressed long-standing rumors that she was in a romantic relationship with Swift, 33, after fans went a little too crazy conspiracy theories although there is no confirmation or evidence.
In one (n Interview with Rolling StoneAgron subtly responded to the gossip, admitting she found it “weird” that people thought they were dating.
“This is so interesting,” the actor, who received a coveted shoutout in Swift’s girls’ night anthem “22,” said of the dating rumors. “I… I mean, there have been a lot of stories about my dating life that are completely untrue. This is funny.”
