“While this is a fast weight loss diet based on a lot of science and several studies done … it has been shown that rapid weight loss – if done properly – can be effective and sustainable. much more than slow and steady.”

“It’s become very popular as a way to lose and keep weight, and that’s largely because when you’re in a state of ketosis, this hormone blocks a hunger hormone called ghrelin so you stop feeling hungry and I don’t want to eat anymore.”

However, Dr. Mosley cautions that people are hesitant to stick to the keto diet in the long term, saying: “The disadvantage is that you’re on a very high-fat diet, which is what A lot of people don’t want to perform and it’s not “healthy in the long run.” “

Instead, he recommends his Fast 800 method because of the shorter amount of time you’ll spend on a high-fat diet.
