A motorcyclist died in an accident two years after the death of his wife and daughter Car fell into a water-filled ditch.
Paul Bunyan, 56, died when his motorcycle left a country lane in Stanford, Beds, around 2:40 p.m. Sunday.
His death comes after wife Marion, 54, and daughter Jennifer, 24, were seven months pregnant with a girl named Erin. died in an accident in June 2020.
They were killed when a silver Nissan Qashqai driven by Jennifer went off the road and landed upside down in a water-filled ditch in Ramsey, Cambs.
Paul, an engineer, was married for 30 years to Marion, who worked as a special education teaching assistant. The couple had three children together.
Paul’s family said he was “determined to enjoy life” despite being “devastated” by the loss of his wife, daughter and unborn granddaughter.
At the time, Paul said the family would “miss and love her terribly.”

“Marion was my wife and mother of three for 30 years,” he had said.
“She worked as a teaching assistant in the Special Educational Needs Department at Longsands College, where she was well loved and respected.
“She loved reading, gardening, cooking and travelling. She is survived by me, her other two children and one grandchild – who she loves and misses terribly.”
He added: “My daughter Jennifer worked as a school librarian until she became a full-time mother to Oliver, who is now almost three years old.
“She is survived by her fiancé David, her son and a family whom she loves and misses terribly.”

In a tribute released by police, Paul’s family said: “We mourn the loss of our father, Paul.
“He was a loving son, father and grandfather. Warm and outgoing, he always enjoyed making others laugh.
“Following the deaths of his wife Marion, his daughter Jennifer and Jennifer’s unborn daughter Erin in a tragic accident in June 2020, father, while devastated, remained determined to enjoy life and continued to pursue his passions for motorcycling, photography and music .
“He became a big part of his grandson’s life and they never failed to make each other smile and laugh every day.
“He worked as an engineer at Anglian Water for almost 20 years and is survived by his daughter, son, grandson and both parents.”

“We continue to seek information from the public regarding this incident and urge anyone who has not come forward to come forward.”
