Up to 400,000 people are to be offered their FIFTH Covid vaccination when the NHS launches its Spring Booster program this week.
They are the immunocompromised, aged 12 and up, who should already have had four vaccinations.
Nursing home residents and those over 75 are also being asked to come in to get their second refresher.
The NHS says five million people can get boosters this spring, with the first 600,000 to book jabs this week.
And once that rollout is complete, the immunity charge will be available to everyone.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson told the Tory conference in Blackpool: “We are preparing for a fourth push because we are going to need it.”

NHS boss Amanda Pritchard said: “We have protected millions of people thanks to the efforts of our staff and volunteers. You will face the next challenge again.”
Health Secretary Sajid Javid added: “Our phenomenal vaccination program has saved countless lives and built a wall of defense that has allowed us to live with Covid.”
Research from the UK Health Security Agency estimates that booster doses have prevented 157,000 hospital admissions since mid-December.
Since the introduction of Covid vaccinations 14 months ago
In the last six months, 118 million vaccinations have been distributed, including 32 million booster vaccinations.
For the next vaccination round, adults will be offered either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, while 12- to 18-year-olds will only receive a Pfizer vaccine.
