Final phase in Waterford scheme revealed

The fifth and final phase was published at Foxwood in Waterford. The development started in 2014 and the demand was high from the first to the last market launch.
The location contributes significantly to its popularity. Foxwood is located in Kilbarry, close to the hospital, Waterford IT and the city a five minute drive.
Frisby Homes’ Julie Nolan says the majority of buyers so far have been first-time buyers and that this final phase is already selling fast as there are few of each home type left.
The five home types offered are Holly – a four bed semi detached home with a floor area of 1,851 square feet; Poppy — a slightly smaller quad room at 1,478 square feet; Tulip – triple room with an area of 1,356 m²; Lilly – also a triple room with a floor area of 1,322 square feet; and Bluebell – the smallest three bed double room at 1,238 square feet.
Depending on the type of house, prices range from €309,950 to €335,950 for triple rooms.
The prices for the four-bed rooms start at 349,950 euros and go up to 419,950 euros.
After completion there will be a total of 260 apartments. This phase is to be occupied this winter or spring of 2023. The show house is open for tours every Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
