Apprentice finalist Kathryn Burn has hinted at any bad feelings towards fellow contestant Aaron Willis after the pair shared a furious confrontation before he was sacked .
The 28-year-old pajama company owner went head-to-head with the former RAF player just before he took part in half of a sensational double-gun match alongside Akeem Bundu-Kamara ahead of the show’s semi-final.
The pair clashed when Kathryn asked the 38-year-old about his abilities as Project Manager, telling Lord Alan Sugar he was “probably not a good leader”.
She added, “I would say he just lacks leadership and direction,” to which he replied, “I’d love if you have any problems let me know, but obviously every things have changed.”
Later, as the group discussed where the quest went wrong, Aaron responded to Kathryn’s comments and asked for an explanation.

“If you’re telling me Kathryn that maybe you want someone to tell you what to do when that’s your forte, you should say it more,” he said.
Kathryn later told the cameras: “I was just commenting on how I felt in the boardroom about his leadership skills and he didn’t absorb it well.”
When The Apprentice finalist Kathryn was asked if she would be pleased to have crossed the final hurdle against Aaron, she told The Mirror and other press that she doesn’t compare herself to others.
“For me, it’s been my journey and just my journey, so Lord Sugar knows who he wants to move forward with in the process,” she said. “Unfortunately that week, Aaron was fired along with Akeem, but I cannot comment on the others. I am there just for me and my journey”.
After being hammered, Aaron later denied the bullying allegations on the set of the BBC show amid reports that he had brought some of his fellow candidates to tears during unwanted scenes.
Aaron has spoken out after it was alleged that a contestant was upset after a heated argument with Aaron during the baby food challenge, in the same episode when he was fired.
The BBC has stated that it is “completely untrue that the scenes were edited” to exclude the alleged “fire and explosion scenes”.
Aaron has stated that he finds the claims disappointing and said his behavior has always been consistent with clear guidelines laid out in the show.
“These accusations have no basis and I find it disappointing that someone has decided to make these statements now and in such a public manner,” he said in a statement.
“Conversations may have gotten heated during the process, but that doesn’t mean my behavior didn’t follow the clear instructions given by the manufacturer.”
A BBC program spokesman added: “The well-being of all our candidates is paramount and we have a duty to put care processes in place to support them.
“It’s clearly not true that the scenes were edited to cover up the bullying allegations.”
