First Dates star Cici Coleman showed off her dramatic body transformation in a bikini in a before-and-after snap on social media.

The 35-year-old, who works as a waitress on Channel 4 dating show alongside Fred Sirieix, took to Instagram to show off her transformation after moving to Bali to kick off a ‘healthy year’.

Sharing photos taken four weeks apart, Cici said she was finally able to exercise again after suffering a severe injury while surfing and needed hospital treatment for a stomach virus.

She told her followers that she was feeling “so much better” as she was kept working by doctors to keep working out and had significantly reduced her sugar intake. after being sick.

“I had all my intentions to go to Bali and completely exercise and eat well,” Cici began.

“For the first month, I found myself digging my own body weight into the food because it was so delicious here. My average of 15k steps per day has dropped to 3k sometimes because no one walks here. Then I got a windsurfing injury and KOed me,” she explained.

“Now that I’ve got the green light from osteo, I’m slowly but surely coming back to me again,” she continued, as she told fans she feels great after give up sugar and make “small adjustments” to her diet.

Earlier this month, the TV star was hospitalized after contracting a stomach virus, which required intravenous drip.

“It’s all about play and fun until it works for you. Currently lying in a medical center somewhere in Bali,” she said.

“There’s a lot of bacteria in all of the food here, it blows me away a bit. I’m just watering the skin on a drip and then hopefully I’ll be back to my normal state,” she shared.

Cici flew to Bali in January to begin a year of discovery, as she vowed to “surrender” and strive for self-discovery.

“There’s so much going on here that’s getting me out of sync, taking me out of my comfort zone, and I’m doing my best just to let go and let go of expectations,” she explains.
