THE first images of new high-end student accommodation have been unveiled ahead of the new academic year.
Located in Moulsecoomb Way, Brighton, close to the University of Sussex, the building is part of a new development which includes a quality gym and study spaces.
Hillfort House was built on a former rubbish dump and offers space for almost 400 students.
Pictures of the building show a stylish, neutral interior with hardwood floors and plenty of seating space.
Communal areas include a pool table and communal kitchens for residents.
Students can either rent rooms in a group of apartments or a spacious studio with a kitchen.
Student Roost, who runs the dorm, suggests spaces could be used for activities such as shared cooking classes for residents.
The property has also been eco-designed, including green green roofs, light sensors and electric vehicle charging pads.
The building opened on July 16th and rooms are still available for the upcoming academic year.
