Inside view of Greggs x Primark pop-up store
After opening the world’s largest Greggs Inside the world’s largest Primark, two of the most beloved street companies have launched their own clothing lines.
Limited edition range – a first for Greggs in its 83-year history – reaching 60 pieces Primark stores across the UK on Saturday 19th February and these pies are expected to fly off store shelves faster than a steak pie.
On the eve of the weekend, a pop-up store experience opened in London’s Dean Street, where eager fashionistas can admire the 11-piece collection before everyone else.
Mirror’s Courtney Pochin was invited down to take a peek at the suit – and her verdict was it was definitely more Carrie Breadshaw than Bradshaw – pure comfort for carb lovers.

Prices start from just £7, and you’ll get a pack of panties or hot dogs rolls.
For £8 there is a wide selection of t-shirts in different colors featuring the Greggs logo, but the standout one features a sausage roll on the front and bold yellow text that reads ‘ICONIC’.
There’s an all-black tracksuit for those wanting a more laid-back look (£16 for the hoodie, £14 for the bottoms), a gray cardigan (£14) with a trio of logos’ strong’ in the back and a hoodie swishing the phrase ‘it’s a pastry’ (£16).
Shoe shop enthusiasts will have two options to choose from – a pair of sneakers (£16) and some Greggs sliders (£8).
And to round out the look, there’s a reversible bucket hat, which I couldn’t help but put on for some photos in the store’s photo booth.
The pop-up event was fun and clearly aimed to look like the new Tasty by Greggs experience in Birmingham.
We are recently visited the new cafe experience, like ” Instagram Heaven”.
Lots of neon lights shaped like sausage rolls, donut cushions, plastic cakes dotted around for decoration, and the dressing room presents pleasant messages on the mirror, such as ‘looks like a snack’ ‘.
The ticketing pop-up will go live for the next two days, giving die-hard Greggs fans the chance to get free samples ahead of the rest of the country.
And there’s an added bonus that store visitors can have their clothes personalized with their initials embroidered in blue or yellow thread, to really make their look. they become unique to them.
The only downside to my entire book is that the collection doesn’t have any home software – that’s a big part of the Primark shopping experience.
Looks like the two companies may have missed a trick by not making candles that smell like Greggs cupcakes and pink donut-shaped cushions that look like donuts – I know I took them home in an instant.
Who knows, maybe if the range is successful, they could team up on some next sausage roll bedding?
Speaking about the new partnership, Raymond Reynolds, Business Development Manager at Greggs said: “Greggs clothing is something our customers are constantly asking for, so it’s great to be with Primark , we’re able to deliver the first official line-up across the UK – so fans can fully express their love for Greggs on their sleeves.
“We have some great work that we can’t wait to share.”
Meanwhile, Tim Kelly, Director of New Business Development at Primark added: “We want to give our customers incredible experiences in our stores and deliver the collections they love.
