Roman Fedortsov was fishing in the Norwegian Sea when he found a bizarre-looking creature and after sharing a picture of it online, people were scared, saying it must be a “baby dragon”.

A fisherman landed a strange catch while fishing deep in the sea and after sharing a picture of it online, his followers were freaking out – as some thought it was a ‘baby dragon’.

Roman Fedortsov has already found some strange things, including a mushroom-like orange creature, an aggressive-looking monkfish, and another catch that resembled a donut.

And now he’s shared his latest find, a small fish that’s longer than it is wide and that his followers on social media are describing as a “baby dragon.”

He pulled it out of the water while fishing in the Norwegian Sea, and after sharing a picture of his catch online, his followers were terrified.

Sharing the picture with his 646,000 followers on Instagram, Roman wrote, “Just a quote – ‘It’s one thing to hunt something nameless, quite another thing to find it’ – GF Lovecraft.”

The post garnered more than 22,000 likes, with users stunned by the bizarre-looking beast.

The fish has been identified as a chimera – a cartilaginous fish also known as the “ghost shark”.
