Johnny Depp calls Amber Heard’s testimony ‘insane’

Johnny Depp took a stand on Wednesday as his trial with Amber Heard drew to a close.

The couple have been caught up in a heated lawsuit as the Pirates of the Caribbean star is suing his ex-wife for $50 million because he accused her of defaming him in an article for The Washington. Post in 2018, in which Amber, 36, said she was a victim of domestic abuse.

He denies the allegations, but Heard has also filed his own case and is suing her ex-husband for $100 million.

The case heated up on Wednesday when both Depp and another of his ex, Kate Moss, responded to questions.

Kate Moss denies rumors Depp pushed her downstairs

Fans of supermodel Kate Moss hailed her as the “Queen” as she gave evidence at the trial through a venue in Gloucestershire.

The British star denied Heard’s accusations that Depp pushed her downstairs during their relationship, and told the court: “No, he never pushed me, kicked me or pushed me down any Which stairs?

Before her statement, Moss explained how she fell down the stairs while on holiday with Depp and revealed that it was the actor who picked her up and helped her get medical attention.

Depp said: ‘Heard that put Moss in an ugly situation in her mind’

Following Moss’ denial that Depp had shoved her, the 58-year-old actor took a stance to agree with her statement.

He told the court: “I remember seeing and seeing Kate come out the door … and she slipped… she was clearly in a lot of physical pain. She was injured, she was crying. , so I ran over and grabbed her to make sure she was okay.

“That’s… that’s the whole story… I’d never heard a rumor about that before Miss Heard grabbed it.”

Heard’s abusive image ‘modified’

Photos that Amber Heard claimed to show marks on her skin as a result of physical abuse by Johnny Depp have been questioned by digital forensics expert Bryan Neumeister.

The court was shown a video of Heard with his face flushed. However, it shows that different versions of the same painting can be “treated in two different ways,” Neumeister told the court.

He said that Photo 3.0 software was used to edit the photo so that the second photo “looks a little bit different” from the first.

Depp claims Heard gave him black eyes on his honeymoon

Depp testified in court that Heard punched him in 2015 while the two were on their honeymoon.

While previous events from the holiday focused on allegations Depp hit his ex, he has stood up and claimed it was otherwise.

He said that there were some points in the trip that were “just right” but there were other times when Amber would “start the song”.

He continued: “At one point… I don’t remember how long it lasted… I took a good look at my face, my eyes… so I got a little brighter.

“It was all over and then everything was fine again.”

During the stand-by, Depp was asked how it felt to listen to Amber’s statements in her testimony.

After a long pause, he told the court: “Out of his mind.”

He continued: “It’s crazy to hear the heinous accusations of violence, the sexual violence that she attributes to me, she accuses me.

“I don’t think anyone likes to open up and tell the truth, but there are times when people simply have to because it’s getting out of hand.”

He then added how he felt and said after a pause: “Terrible. It’s ridiculous. It’s humiliating. Ridiculous. Painful. Brutal. Unbelievably brutal, cruel. and all… a lie. It’s all a lie.”

“I want… No human being is perfect, certainly not, none of us, but I’ve never in my life committed sexual abuse, physical abuse, all that story. weird, outrageous about me committing these things and living with it for six years and waiting for the truth to come out.”
