Former Irish rugby international Jerry Flannery (43) married his longtime partner Kate Mary Barnwell over the weekend.
s Barnwell, a multi-talented designer, wore an off-the-shoulder princess-style wedding dress trimmed with a boho-style head chain in pictures Jerry shared on his Instagram page.
Jerry Flannery, who owns Flannery’s Bar in Limerick City, is a lineout and defense manager for English Premier League rugby team the Harlequins and was previously a manager at Munster.
The former Hooker made 93 appearances for Munster before completing five seasons on Munster’s coaching chart. He won Heineken Cup medals with Munster in 2006 and 2008.
Jerry retired from playing in 2012 after a long career with Connacht and Munster. Between 2005 and 2011 he played 41 international matches for his national team.
In addition to his work as a coach, he often appears on television as a rugby expert. The couple have three boys – Eli, Ezra and Rua.
