Former Miss Croatia refuses to back down over revealing World Cup outfits in Qatar
A former Miss Croatia has caused controversy with her raunchy performances at World Cup matches in Qatar.
vana Knoll has been one of the most talked about viewers in recent weeks, with her revealing outfits that leave little to the imagination in a country where the display of flesh is frowned upon.
Ms. Knoll was born in Frankfurt am Main in 1992 and moved to Croatia at the age of seven.
In 2016, she took part in the Miss Croatia pageant and became famous for also practicing pole and belly dancing.
Qatari authorities urged visitors to respect their rules and traditions in the way they conduct themselves while attending football matches.
Local Qataris have reportedly filed complaints about Ms Knoll’s appearance in the stands at World Cup matches, but she has vowed to continue wearing her revealing outfits.

“I’m very surprised and happy at how the fans have respected my clothes in Qatar,” Ms Knoll told Piers Morgan Uncovered.
“I haven’t had any bad reactions so far, not even one. I’ve had photos with a lot of people and everyone seems happy to see me.
“When I came here I asked the local people about the rules and they said I could wear what I usually wear as they make special rules for the World Cup. That’s why I dress like this.”
Qatari local Mohammed Hassan Al-Jefairi also appeared on the show when he suggested people photograph her because they disapproved of her clothing choices.
“A lot of people send messages and photos of how she’s dressed,” he said.
“It’s strange to be dressed like that in Qatar and maybe she didn’t know about it.
“This is a very good opportunity to understand people’s feelings from a different perspective, but we are used to having many guests in Qatar over the past 15 years.
“Maybe it’s a good opportunity for us to invite them to try on rabia (traditional Qatari women’s clothing). It would look really good on her.”
