Fortnite Challenges Chapter 3 Season 3 Week 7: How to stop the music in Rave Cave

ANOTHER week, another set of Fortnite challenges, fresh to pick.

We’re well into the depths of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 now, and the challenges are getting a little tougher to reflect that.

This week's Fortnite challenges are all about action.

Gone are the peaceful days of planting seeds and dancing on airship crash sites, now things are getting destructive in Fortnite.

Each of these challenges earns you 15,000 XP, so it’s worth getting out there and wreaking havoc yourself.

We’ll walk you through all of them and explain how to easily fill them out.

Break the shields of three enemies

This is a challenge you’ll probably complete in the heat of a match anyway.

Finding and drinking shield potions gives you extra health in battle, but it breaks once the shield reaches zero.

Engaging in fights and taking out people will have you cracking way more than three shields in no time.

Deal damage to an enemy in the air

This requires a steady hand, but shouldn’t be too difficult.

It’s a common tactic in a Fortnite firefight to jump like crazy to make hitting harder.

All you have to do to complete this challenge is land a shot at a flying enemy, so just take your time aiming and you’ll hit your target.

Destroy 20 buildings with one baller

A Baller is a vehicle that you can find in the Rave Cave. In last week’s Fortnite challenges you had to dash around with them, but now you have to wreak havoc.

Just hop on one, build up some momentum, and charge through all the structures you see.

Keep the first weapon you collect until you reach top 20 players

Switching weapons to always have the best gear is a key tactic to stay on top.

However, this challenge tells you not to do that and to hold on to the first weapon you find.

Note that you don’t have to use it all game long, you just have to keep it in your inventory so you don’t get stuck with a bad weapon all game long.

Perform a 360-degree mid-air spin while dismounting from a wolf or boar

You can mount a wolf or a boar by jumping on its back as they charge towards you. You can then drive them around to your heart’s content.

When you dismount, you’ll be thrown a short distance into the air. So just hold your analog stick or move your mouse to rotate a full 360 degrees while in the air.

Stop the music at Rave Cave

As the name suggests, Rave Cave is one big party, but this week your duty is to be a party killer by stopping the music.

A normal person would do this by turning off the power, but that’s not the Fortnite way.

Instead, you have to shoot the DJ table and all the speakers around it, including those on the scaffolding.

Whether you use weapons, explosives or even a tank is up to you. Just don’t expect thanks from the partygoers.

Throw different consumable pickups in a single match

You can get pickups like fruits and veggies anywhere on the map. Some of the shops in Tilted Towers are crammed with the green boxes you need to loot.

Once you have a few different types of items in your inventory, throw them to your heart’s content until this challenge is complete.
