Fortnite the five biggest changes in update v22.30

FORTNITEMARES 2022 is now over and the latest update is bridging the gap between Halloween and the holiday season.

Star Wars returns to battle royale once again with a series of themed additions.

Darth Vader appeared as a boss last season, and the previous one had a Star Wars Day themed event.

Skywalker week comes after Fortnite

This week is Skywalker Week, which means you can now complete Star Wars-themed challenges for 20,000 XP each through November 8th.

These are all quests:

• Search 10 Star Wars chests
• Block shots with a lightsaber 15 times
• Complete a bounty on a Stormtrooper
• Help defeat Darth Vader
• Damage opponents with Star Wars weapons in five tiers

Lightsabers and E-11 blaster rifles are coming to Fortnite

These weapons were recently vaulted, and they’re already back.

Both the green and blue versions of Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber can be found as random loot, and you’ll get Darth Vader’s red sword if you defeat him in the game.

The E-11 blaster rifle is also back with its high accuracy and infinite ammo as random loot.

Junk Rift brings back Fortnite

Junk Rift is another non-vaulted weapon that drops a random item when thrown on the ground. It will also destroy all structures in its wake.

This week there will also be a chance to drop Luke’s X-34 Landspeeder.

Pulse Rifle returns to Fortnite

The final non-vaulted weapon is the Pulse Rifle, which has a fast rate of fire and bonus damage when aimed at the sights.

We hope this will remain after Skywalker week is over.

Free Chrome Punk skin for all Fortnite players

While giving away free outfits is uncommon in Fortnite, everyone has a chance to earn the Chrome Punk skin.

There are three new quests to complete. The first two will reward you with a Chrome Punk item and the last one – the outfit.

These quests are active until January 1st, 2023, so you have some time to get your hands on them.
