Frankie Bridge celebrates her 33rd birthday

Frankie Bridge admitted that she almost never sang again after she “lost the joy of it”.

The former Saturday singer has revealed how over the years she’s developed the complexity of her vocals, and that’s caused her to almost give it up altogether.

She discussed her relationship with singing in a Q&A on Instagram after a fan asked her, “Do you sing around the house?”

The 33-year-old replied: “I actually almost never sing. I’m a bit complicated about it. I’ve slowly lost joy in it over the years.”

But Frankie, who has two sons Carter, six, and Parker, eight, says she’s found new things she likes.

She said, “I’ve been doing that for a long time. Doing other things is really lovely.

Frankie Bridge said for her, the performance is more interesting than singing

“I always focus on the performance rather than especially the singing. But if I watch a show. It inspires me a lot!”

Frankie also reveals that she still keeps in touch with her campmates from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

“We have a group chat that’s still going on. I want to really see it all. But you know what that’s like,” the singer said.

“There’s a lot of us who have to make plans to see each other right away. We’ve had this once in our lives together and never being apart will ever change that.”

She said she ‘lost her joy’ because of singing

Frankie says she enjoyed being “separated from the world” during her time at the castle.

But she also revealed last week how she got a piece of eggshell out of her ear canal.

“I actually had what we thought was a little bit of eggshell that was sucked out of my ear last week, it’s embedded itself in my ear canal.”

“I see it as a badge of honor… imagine explaining that to a doctor!”

Frankie has always been open about her mental health

Frankie, who has always been open about her battle with mental health, spoke openly to a fan about her depression.

She said how in the last few months, she always felt tired.

“I have pcos (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) and depression is making me roll. Stress is another issue. I realize that for me it could be food related. Sugar is the cause. So I tried really hard not to snack.” “

Frankie was also asked by a fan if she plans to have any more children.
