Garda is appealing when a young girl (12) went missing this morning after leaving home

Gardaí have issued an appeal to try to locate a 12-year-old girl who has disappeared from her home in Portlaoise.

Molly Graham Dressayre’s Gardaí and family are concerned for her well-being.

Molly is believed to have been visiting shopping areas in Dublin or Kildare since leaving home between 8am and 9.45am this morning.

Molly is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and of medium build.

She has short black hair and brown eyes. Molly was wearing a black hooded sweater at the time of her disappearance.

A statement from Garda’s press office added: “The family of Gardaí and Molly are concerned for their well-being. Gardaí believe Molly may have visited shopping areas in Dublin or Kildare.

“Anyone with information about Molly’s whereabouts is asked to contact Portlaoise Garda Station on 057 867 4100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.”
