Gary Waldhorn Dies – Ambassador Dibley star who played David Horton dies aged 78 as cause of death revealed

Vicar Of Dibley star Gary Waldhorn has passed away “seriously” at the age of 78, his family said.

The actor has played evil-minded councilor David Horton in every episode of the much-loved series. BBC sitcoms, along with Dawn French, from 1994 to 2007.

Most recently, he appeared on a Christmas special, The representative of the Buddha in captivity, alongside the French comedian, who plays Rev Geraldine Granger, and James Fleet, who plays the on-screen son Hugo.

Waldhorn’s son Josh said he “rest in peace” at 6:45 p.m. Monday.

In a statement, he said: “Trained in classical, it was the theater where he truly thrived and he left an entertaining legacy. two grandsons, Cooper and Bayley, and son Josh. We will all miss him immensely.”

Waldhorn has appeared in classic British television shows such as The Sweeney, Brush Strokes and Hotel Babylon, and even appeared in the comedy sketch show French And Saunders.
