GEMMA Collins has told fans how much she has BEEN from a horse as she spends the afternoon at the stables with fiance Rami Hawash and her own son.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star took to social media to detail how she was thrown from her horse on Sunday afternoon.
Gemma, 40, joined beau Rami and his son Tristan in the fun day in which she gave fans behind-the-scenes access with a series of videos.
“Guys, we’re at the stables today – I put Rami on a horse,” the reality show began as she filmed her fiance riding around behind her.
Looking confused with her helmet on, she continued: “I just fell off my horse – I’ve got the footage – but I’ll be back, you know.”
She captioned the video clip: “A horse’s life is alone. I’ve already fallen but come back here.”
Gemma followed up with a series of photos of Rami’s son Tristan riding a horse, as she thanked a friend for taking them on a ride.
She also shared a snap of Rami on a large brown horse, looking smart in a black jacket and black jeans, and protected by a large helmet.
It happened after the star was seen on a date night with Rami on Friday night, spend the evening drinking with their friends.
Gemma recently underwent a new treatment to look youthful after vowing to give up fillers – spending £160.
She told her followers earlier this week: “I did acupressure today. Everything to keep you on a steady level while the full moon is in progress.”
“The great thing about this new treatment is that it’s not fillers, it’s not Botox, it helps you look younger.
“Come on guys, we all want it now. Beautiful, youthful look without the need to inflate, full of vitality. So check it out. This is a new product on the market. “
Gemma loves Rami and considers her the stepmother of her young son Tristan.
The couple hope to have a child this year and will freely marry once Rami’s divorce is over.
Gemma credits him with changing her life and says she’s happier now than ever.
She said: “I’m happy. I’m happy and I’m settled. I’m with the love of my life.”
Rami, with whom Gemma previously split in 2014, has returned to her life “out of nowhere” during the pandemic.
Gemma said: “We are very happy, now I have a son of my own and I am very balanced. “It’s not all work, I have a great personal life and please God, we continue to have children next year, when I have some time – to do what you need to do to have kids, because I haven’t had much time lately Sorry, Ram!
“I feel like now I’ve got my family, my own family and we’re going to be a family and it’s been the best year of my life really.”
