Naturalist Chris Packham revealed the softer side to GC after her recent appearance on Springwatch.
Gemma Collins is known for her diva style, but speaking after giving a talk at the Leftfield Tent in Glastonbury, Chris said: “Gemma has a very different audience than Springwatch, but we wanted to continue. approach those people and help them develop a natural history relationship.
“We need people like Gemma on board. She said yes immediately when asked. Gemma has survived the ages, she does everything that we ask her to do and thoroughly enjoys it and constantly tells how much she is enjoying.
“She’s not a diva at all. We had a great chat about trees and gardens.”
Chris is currently eyeing on inviting footballer Marcus Rashford to join the show. He added: “He is an absolute hero to me. I admire all of his campaign work and the way he uses his profile.”
Chris joined two talks at Glastonbury on Friday after being invited by musician close friend Billy Bragg. One is about the environment and the other is about neurodiversity including autism.

“There is a build-up of anxiety, I can become stressed internally because I have no control over the situation.”
