Love Islander Gemma Owen (19) partyed in Dublin last night following her “challenging” split from Luca Bish (23).
During a trip to Dublin for the PrettyLittleThing Christmas party, the reality star opened up about their split that came just three months after leaving the mansion.
“The last few weeks, going through any breakup, it hasn’t been nice. It wasn’t a good time,” she told Goss.ie last night.
“Having to deal with the press and other people’s opinions, and people thinking they know what’s going on when they don’t, it’s a challenge.
“But overall, I’m fine. I’m getting through it and keeping busy.”
Gemma revealed her Love Island co-stars have signed up with her, saying that all the girls are “so adorable”.
“Each of them sent me a message, there, telling me that if I never needed a call they would be there. So that’s really lovely and makes it a little easier.
Gemma was pictured on the ‘pink carpet’ for the fashion event in the capital last night, posing with the islander Indiyah Pollack, who has been dating Dami Hope since they met on the show.
Indiyah used her Instagram stories to share the behind-the-scenes preparations for the event, revealing the sweet matching bracelets she wore with Wexford native Dami.

The couple is a fan favorite and has shown that they are growing stronger with their first apartment together.
Dami and Indiyah toasted the big day with a bottle of Prosecco on Instagram.
He captioned the snaps: “Here’s how to annoy each other more.
The couple moved in together just a week after Luca and Gemma parted ways in a dramatic public split.
Gemma said in a statement: “To all of my followers, I want to let you know that Luca and I are no longer romantically involved.
“It wasn’t an easy decision but in the end it’s what’s best for both of us right now.
“Many of you have been on this journey with us since the beginning, and I want to thank you for your continued support as we begin new chapters.”
Fans cringed when Luca posted his own story, revealing Gemma’s statement came just hours after they split.
“I would have liked to have had time to deal with this privately but now you all know sadly Gemma and I made the joint decision earlier today to go our separate ways. ,” he say.
