If you are trying to prepare your deck fight, we have some tips for you.

Here are the best event cards in Genshin Impact’s Genius Invocation.

Genshin Impact TCG: Best event cards in Genius Invocation

Event cards are important to the Genius Invocation TCG because they can both perform actions immediately and affect your characters on their next turn.

A total of 30 cards should make up your deck alongside your three character cards, and a good chunk of that should be devoted to event cards.

These should be used situationally, but you must have them on hand if that situation arises.

strategize

Strategize costs one die and lets you draw two cards from your deck into your hand.

Almost every trading card game has these cards, and they are invaluable in giving you some options for your next turn.

You can also sacrifice cards to match the dice to your character’s element, which can be very helpful when choosing moves.

At least one of these should be present in every deck.

leave it to me

A lot of Genius Invocation revolves around preparing and performing elemental reactions, which you can perform by switching your active character.

This usually costs you one die and ends your turn, allowing your opponent to react.

leave it to me allows you to switch characters for free without ending your turn.

This is probably the most important event card you can have in your deck.

When the crane returned

This card costs you an Elemental Cube, but gives you an automatic switch after your active character takes their next turn.

This can help you trigger abilities that activate when switched.

It can also help you protect your active character or better prepare for your next move, which may come in handy.

Alternating shifts

This is the third card that changes your active character. This is free to use and makes the cost of switching free as well.

Sometimes you need a large number of dice at your disposal to get a combo, so this can be crucial for a number of strategies.

Knitted quickly

If your team uses a lot of summons, Quick Knit is essential. For just one die, you can extend some temporary effects.

You can prolong the burning effect of Pyro-Dendro Reactions, or Collei’s Doll can last an extra round.

This can create new reactions and bring more damage to the table.

The best travel companion!

This card has a high cost of two Elemental Dice, but gives you two more useful Omni Dice in return.

Its use is especially good if you haven’t rolled the elements you need.

It will get you out of tight spaces and is definitely one to have in your deck.

toss up

Toss-Up is another card that relies on re-rolling your luck, as you can re-roll a selection of dice up to two times.

Since it’s free, don’t waste anything trying your luck, but it doesn’t always guarantee a successful outcome.

Star sign

Starsigns is a card designed to help you manage your characters’ energy.

For two dice, you can replenish one energy point for your current character.

While it doesn’t come cheap, it’s worth completing a planned combo or using a powerful special ability.

Calx’s Arts

This is another card that boosts your characters’ energy, and it’s cheaper than Starsigns.

The downside is that it uses another character’s energy and passes it on to your current character.

It’s a very situational card that can be powerful if used at the right moment.

Elemental Resonance

Every element in the game has an Elemental Resonance card, and each has its own set of effects.

All of them are very useful, but you need the right team composition to activate them.

Make sure you have two characters on your team that have the same element and the right elemental resonance to pull this one off.
