George Clooney says he’s made good use of his comedic dance moves both on and off set, after showing off his dancing skills in his latest project.
The 61-year-old Hollywood actor stars alongside good friend and co-star Julia Roberts in the upcoming film Ticket To Paradise.
The film follows divorced couple David and Georgia, played by Clooney and Roberts, 54, as they are forced to reunite in an attempt to prevent their daughter from marrying a Balinese seaweed farmer. that she met while traveling.
Speaking of a scene from the film, in which both Clooney and Roberts perform drunken dance moves on the floor, Clooney told PA news agency: “That’s the way I dance, that’s my move!”
When on the red carpet for the film’s premiere in Leicester Square, London, Roberts concurred: “Those are his moves, really!”
Clooney replied: “Yes, I really like those moves in general.”
The romantic comedy, set to premiere September 16, stars American actress Kaitlyn Dever as Roberts and Clooney’s daughter traveling to Bali with her best friend. is Wren, played by Billie Lourd.
Clooney and Roberts also considered whether they would behave like their on-screen characters should any of their children decide to run away abroad.
Roberts, who has three teenage children, said: “I won’t and neither will George.”

Dever, 25, shared her “crazy” experience working with Clooney and Roberts during filming in Australia.
“I am still stubborn. I just love them so much,” she told PA.
She added: “I now, I think, can get over the hard point, because I know them now!
“But I just love both of them so much, and what I love about their friendship is that it’s so genuine and they have a real love for each other and that’s certainly obvious when you’re with them. .
“George loves to make Julia laugh and Julia loves to make George laugh. It really is the best thing to be around.
“I’m like a kid in a candy store.”
The film also stars Maxime Bouttier as Dever Gede’s on-screen fiance, and Lucas Bravo as Paul, Roberts’ young boyfriend.
Clooney and Roberts, having previously starred together in films including Ocean’s Eleven and Money Monster, both also produced Ticket To Paradise.
Ticket To Paradise is released in UK cinemas on September 16.
