“Honestly, he hates me worrying about him so much.
“What did he say in one of his songs? He said, ‘I can see it in your eyes when you look at me that way, it brings tears to my eyes’. And it really did. happened. I just didn’t know what to do.”
Kenny added: “What I’ve always noticed, is that I’ve been incredibly happy with him for longer than I’m worried about being with him.”
“He always said I saved his life. I thought it was a bit much but I really tried.”

“I mean the weapon is ‘I’m going to tell you this, I need to tell you this. I’ve done one thing you need to know.’ And so you always get the truth from him.
He added: “I don’t think he ever thought he’d have a handsome moment in his life. I always try to remind him or say to him, you know, ‘You look good today. You are a handsome man’.
“It was very difficult for him… People would think he would have a much higher sense of, ‘Hey, I’m a handsome guy.'”
Kenny says that George often wants to hear his best attributes called out.
He continued: “I’ll never forget, we could have been together for two weeks or maybe three. He came home and he said, ‘Honey, what’s so beautiful about you?” He said, someone said you are looking at me better…
“There were so many things I should have said, but I said your lips. [I should have said] everything… I mean, you know, he’s always been voted the most handsome in the world, all these different things.
“But what he does know is that he is a talented person, and a good musician. I mean he’s a good man.”
Kenny concluded: “He’s one of the greatest men in the world.”
The pair are said to have had an open relationship, and Kenny confessed: “He’s probably more open-minded than I am but I love him so much, he knows it.”
Speaking of George’s downward spiral before his death, Kenny said he’s had enough to be branded with the name “prolonged grief”.
He said, “I’ve been worried for him the whole time. Please don’t put it the wrong way, if you love someone you’re worried about them.”
Speaking of being labeled “long-term suffering,” Kenny went on to say, “If you Google my name, it usually says ‘long-term suffering partner Kenny Goss, long-suffering Texan.’ And, you you know, I really tried to be there for him and he knew it.
“I know he chose me to please his mother. I mean he told me that. He was of the opinion that his mother and I were very similar.
“And we were in many ways.
“I’m not judgmental either. If you’re asked to drive at this speed, I drive at that speed, you know, and he really played by his own rules.”
