Ghana’s Thomas Partey OUT of AFCON after suspenseful Group C final

AFCON’s Group C ended in a whirlwind as Gabon drew 2-2 with Morocco and the Comoros beat Ghana 3-2.
The result means Morocco wins the group, Gabon goes on as runners-up and the Comoros can advance to the next round as one of the best third-place finishers.
But Ghana is OUT OF AFCON after picking up just one point from the group, meaning Arsenal will retain the services of star midfielder Thomas Partey sooner than they thought.
