Ghislaine Maxwell can’t quash sex trafficking conviction

British Celebrities Gislaine Maxwell has failed to vacate her sex trafficking conviction for US financier Jeffrey Epstein on sex abuse charges.

Maxwell’s attorneys had urged her to contest the verdict on a number of grounds, including insufficient evidence.

Maxwell, 60, was convicted of recruiting teenage girls for Epstein to sexually abuse him from 1994 to 2004.
